  2. Click the Tracking Link: In the email, there will be a link to track your order directly. Click on the link, and it will take you to the carrier’s website where you can see the real-time status of your shipment.

  3. Enter Your Tracking Number (if needed): If you don’t see a direct tracking link, you can visit the carrier’s website and manually enter the tracking number provided in the email.

Tracking Status Updates

  • In Transit: Your package is on its way to you! You can follow its progress and see the expected delivery date.
  • Out for Delivery: The package is out for delivery and should arrive on the scheduled day.
  • Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered. If you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office.
  • Delayed or Exception: Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect address details. You will receive an update from the carrier if there are any changes to the delivery timeline.

Not Receiving Tracking Updates?

  • Wait 24-48 Hours: Sometimes, tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update in the system after your package is shipped. Please be patient during this period.
  • Contact Us: If the tracking number is not working, or you have trouble tracking your package, feel free to contact our customer service team. We’ll be happy to help you locate your order.

Missing or Lost Packages
