1. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items, allowing you to return products within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unopened and unused: The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
  • Original packaging: The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and any included accessories (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase: You will need to provide the order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened cleaning products: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, opened cleaning products (e.g., liquid cleaners, disinfectants, detergents) cannot be returned.
  • Final sale or clearance items: Any items marked as “final sale” or purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for return.
  • Personal care items: Personal care items such as gloves, face masks, or sponges cannot be returned once opened.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at support@cleaningmadeeasyshop.com or use the live chat on our website. Please include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Once you receive the RA number, carefully pack the item in its original packaging, attach the RA number to the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided by our team. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Once your return is approved, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Full Refund: If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund for the item(s) returned, minus any applicable shipping fees (unless the return is due to an error on our part).
  • Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of damage, misuse, or is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.

4. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend following the return process for a refund and then placing a new order for the replacement item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a free return and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund. To expedite the process, please provide us with clear photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the specified processing time, please check with your bank or payment provider as there may be processing delays on their end. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@cleaningmadeeasyshop.com for assistance.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items), the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
